Notes
Pronounced VEEEbrams. After Olympic Day, and checking in at work I had time to get out and thought the trails would be a good idea today. Threw on the Vibrams and headed toward Shaws Field on the trail. The watch was a little jacked up today so it took a bit to get a signal and start recording distance. Muddy and wet in some spots and bone dry in others. The last few miles I finally got into a good rhythm and figured out the trails a little bit. Its fun to step on rocks with these little things. Nice little run.
