Notes

The original goal was to see if I could keep a consistent pace and bang out 7 miles in an hour. That seemed kind of….awesome…so I figured I would run a progression of 2 @ 8:27, 2 @ 8:00, 2 @ 7:30, and then the last mile at 7:00. Overall very consistent and this wasn't super hard (albeit some effort). Ended up running the last mile a little bit faster with a small push at the end. A bit of confidence booster considering what’s going.
