Work and life got in the way yesterday so my scheduled was moved around. I wanted to get some interval work in on the TM but also didn't want to overdo it or kill my confidence which by over reaching my fitness. My goal work out was to get 6x.25 in with .25 rests within my 9 mile run. Decided to stay at 9.5 (or 6:18 pace but more like 6:25s) on the TM with rests at 8mm. Initially this was easier then expected. My 4th interval was 9.6 and then I decided to see if I could hit a 6 mm pace for the last 2. This workout wasn't a killer but good to get a little speed work in. I haven't run intervals since doing .5s in Santa Monica on the path back in Sept.
