I ran this much hotter than I intended but this felt easy. Trying to run taller and working on picking up feet with some turnover (like riding a bike) my versus my normal shuffle. Also did some more stretching a couple hours after I finished. I always write myself health notes to do this shit but always seem to neglect them. If I don't, my hips and hamstring turn into Frankenstein.
