Very dark again but much cooler and low humidity. To the Y via High Street to River and 2.5 before hitting the TM. The TM is much easier on the foot and ran a bit faster inside. 8:57, 8:36, 8:13, 7:30, and then an easy .9 warm down before heading home up To Shaws Ridge to finish up the 10.02. Everything felt easy and once I got on the TM I forgot about the foot.
