Heavy legs today. The goal was 3 up and then a very disciplined 7 mile tempo with as close to -3/+3 to MP as possible. The 3rd and 4th tempo miles were grindy and the GPS was all over the place because of the weather or the trees or other weirdness. The last 2 miles were very easy and felt slow and that is normally where the silliness kicks in. Long and slow this weekend.
