Not looking forward to being the #1 team in the country....again. Would rather sit somewhere in the top 10. Although seeing Duke out of the top 25 would make me giddy.

So far so good. I think the other stuff I'm doing seems to be helping me so the hammy seems good (knock wood) and I feel stronger.
