Warmed up for a mile, and then kept switching from music, to metronome, to no music, etc. The lady who owns the house on the corner of Ruston and School Street thinks I'm a fucking lunatic. I got the the craziest WTF look I've ever received running because she couldn't figure out what the beeping noise was.
BTW - My new yellow sneakers are wicked awesome and so is the Runners Warehouse.
