Good work out today totaling just over 9 miles and 6 intervals averaging around 2:18 per 600. The knee felt better this morning and I was able to get loose. Once I hit the track the pace seemed fine, and overall the workout wasn't super hard. Once I got my breathing down and relaxed these became pretty easy and it felt like I could have done several more. The weather has been cool and perfect for any kind of running with effort. The middle 600s felt especially easy and smooth and I really eased up at the end on the first 4 intervals. Overall felt very good and ready for a day of rest after 54 miles in 5 days. The warm down miles also felt very slow although I was right around a 9:10 pace. Hard to believe there is 38 days left but feeling ready.
