Notes

The GPS was acting funky at the beginning of the run so the first few miles aren't right. Started off with Lance at his house and while it was overcast it was very humid. Mostly run around 9s with a few places where the pace was faster. Up 109 to the lakes and past The Chubby Drunk Little Cub cafe, then a bunch hilly roads I've never been on. Learning that Lance has a hard time calculating the distance to a water break and # of hills left in a run. I thought finance guys were suppose to be good with math? Picked it up a bit on our way to Shapleigh Corner and then it was hard to start again. Same thing with the last water stop. The last 4 felt real slow and hard. Glad to get this in today and felt good through about 13. The jellie beans worked out well and were easy on the stomach. The knee held up pretty well.

Find a tougher route. You can use my 109/Stanley/Hooper/109 (stop at Ted's for water)Hanson's Ridge across Oak route. That should be close for you from your house. Steady pace focus on form.
