A very easy run, and again with no Garmin so the pace was entirely by feel. I mostly felt good. This was my longest consecutive time running since August 1st. The foot is still there and hanging over my head at the moment. I'm scheduled to run 55 minutes tomorrow, will take a day off, and then running the Breakaway 5k in OOB Saturday morning.
