Felt really good this morning and the weather was perfect throughout. The goal this morning was 3 @ 9:10, 3 @ 8:50, 3 @ 8:30, 2 @ 8:20, 2 @ 7:50, and 1 @ 7:30. The first 3 @ 9:10 felt very slow and as the pace kept dropping I seem to get into a better grove running a pretty consistent and relaxed pace. The running didn't feel hard until the last 7:50 where I hit 2 little hills that seem to hurt more then they should have. The last mile was work and then I really picked the pace up the last .25 to finish at 7:24. This was a good workout but not as hard as Thursday was with 3 w/u, 4 @ 8:10, 4 @ 7:50, and 2 w/d. Nothing hurts today and the knee feels good.
