That was chocked full of suckness. Cold, windy, and no sun but I’m glad I decided to wear my jacket vest, and sweat pants. The first 5 were tough and I’ve been feeling like shit anyway. What’s the saying, “starve a cold/run 10 miles with the flu?” I forget. On the way back I realized how much I was running downhill, and obviously the uphill contributed to the suckfest on the way out. I think the run overall was deceiving both ways but it’s done.
