Increased the pushups and plank sets by 1 (so now doing 3). I should be spending more time on the planks but I hate them and the gradual increase is helping me hate them less, The push ups is where I am seeing the biggest improvement. 3 set x 25 and not a huge issue today. I'd like to be able to crank 100 push ups and I think I'n getting closer. Maybe give it a try Oct 1.
