Most of Sanford/Springvale at the Y this am. The Gadbois were signing autographs and kissing babies. Every TM occupied except one. Impromptu 4 mile tempo run with an easy warm up and down in btwn. First 3 at 7:30 felt easier as I got going with the last tempo mile at 6:45. Just over 30 for the week. Will continue to slowly increase the mileage until this thing is remove from my foot.
