Notes
The legs were a little heavy from yesterday but overall not bad. Decided to take it super slow and go without music, and put my watch in my pocket and only took a peak before each mile marker. I was very surprised to see I never really picked it up at all. By 4 miles I was tired of being outside after what felt like falling asleep while running and just wanted to get home. Hammered out a whooping 9 minute pace for the 5th mile and showing off my blistering kick.
