Notes
I'm up to a whooping 36 minutes of running. Today was 8 mins run x 1 min walk x4. Went 8:34 (1), 8:20 (2), 8:00 (3), and 7:30 (4). Felt good. Hoping this running tall, nose over toes, pulling my foot before I land, and leaning forward stuff is working. I think the bike may be helping me the most though.
