Notes

2 minute jog back to start after each interval. I felt we took the first few a little quick and were hurrying to get back to the start in 2:00 instead of just focusing on recovering for the next interval. After the 5th 400, I slowed down the shuffle jog with Tubes to make sure I was ready for the last 400.
