6x400 with 2:00 jog recovery on the course today. First two I went with the top group, but I realized that was not a good idea for the whole workout, so I went back to second group and ran the rest with them. Last one with Tubes , I hit the last 150 meters and was pretty tired. The quarters were a touch short. Most people had .22-.23 on their GPS watch and I hit 59-62 for all of them, so high 4:20s to high 4:30s pace. Overall a solid, consistent workout and I'm ready have a great end to my season on Saturday.
