Notes

After lying on the turf for 40ish minutes, I finally got going on my cool down. First mile was incredibly slow. I did pick it up, but not a lot. Did this all on the turf due to some stomach problems. Was planning for an hour, but the body could not do it. I'll just do an extra two miles tomorrow.
