Nice easy run here in Michigan. Great weather and I felt good. I went out to look for this bike trail that runs along the lake, but got lost. When I fianlly found it, I turned around. I hoped on the track for a mile and without thinking/trying did a 6:30 mile which felt great because my legs were getting stiff from the easy running on the pavement. Good first run up here!!!
