Notes

10 alactic hills with 2 min jog recovery. Actually found a good hill that took me 5-6 secs to get up each time. Very similar to the dupage river hill. Then just did a continuous run into the 2 min loop at 8:00 pace. Very easy, just a little warm and the whole loop was in the sun.
