Brooks Addrenaline GTS 14 (3rd pair)
Long/hill run. Recovery jogs in between each hill. I first did a 2 mile warm up in 14:00, then after 1 hill, the varsity guys did 10 minutes in between each hill which included jogging a loop around the stone circle at the top.
