Notes

Ran with the high schoolers today at Blackwell because I could find nobody else to come with me. I did 10 hills with 10 minute jogs after 2 hill loops (15 minute warm up before the first 2 and a 9:40 cool down after the last two to get 1:55:00 total of running). Most (if not all) of this with Bushelle and I showed him I run this workout compared to how Neuqua runs this workout. I timed each of my hills today and my average was about 55 seconds. My fastest was 54 and my slowest was my first in 57. Last 2 were both 54 seconds. Felt pretty good and again felt very strong up each hill. 10 hills ties my most ever and I'm really gearing up for a great season!
