Notes

Very easy cool down. Tendon got tight again. Will Ice and compress and watch it. If its still bothersome tomorrow ill tack on some extra yards in swim then hop on the bike. I wont do lifting exercises that put pressure on it. It feels like tendonitists so I think it should be fine in a day or two. Just being careful.
