Notes
After I ran with freshman and got a drink, I went off to do my own workout. I have not done a workout in 5 weeks, and I have not done any endurance workout in 1.5 months. This really didn't feel that great until the last mile. I went in the woods for a little bit, but it was super muddy, so I just tried staying on grass loops the whole time. I timed a 1200 loop at 4:24, or 5:52 pace, and I was right between 5:48-5:52 pace the whole time. Overall, it was nice first wokout back and I know I will continue to get stronger the more I do these up tempo runs. Lifted after I got home for the first time in awhile too.
