Today I went to the pool and did a 500 medium (6:41) , a 1000 progressing (13:27), 2x200 (2:38, 2:38), 2x150 (1:57, 1:58), and a 100 hard (1:12). After an easy 200, I then aqua ran for 20 minutes, which was a 500. I then did an easy 100 to just loosen up and cool down. I felt great, and it was good to also get in a solid piece of aqua running. It was a little tough on the legs at first, but I got going pretty well.
