slept in late today, so i basically got up and ran immediately, which never goes well for me..... felt ok but abdominal area was stiff.. realized i hadnt taken my tpass, so i got nervous and took this very easy.... abs tightened up around 3 but tried to relax and it went away... finally around the last mile i started to feel really good... think it was just the whole rolling out of bed directly for a run thing
