Notes

about 4.5 miles warm up, lap jog recovery, then cool down.... 1.5 of cool down was really just running home after pizza... generally fine with abdominal thing but on the way home got weird pain same location but a bit higher and closer to the surface... really weird.. since it was surface it wasn't nearly as bad and didnt make it hard to run just hurt... put the bio freeze crap on when i got home.. made if feel better but not sure it does anything.. will ask questions about that on thursday.
