1600 splits (7:32, 7:37, 7:41), (7:35,7:34, 33) with one lap jog recovery (200m)

Goal was 8ish pace, but I had trouble finding that. Fell into this very comfortably, effort was very low - I figured there would be some effect from 1600s to miles, but apparently that wasnt a lot. So this was too fast, but didnt feel it... coincidently my pace averaged out to exactly last years marathon pace... will not be running that this year
