Neighborhood Morning Stroll...Had an extra Cold Tall One last night so this morning's effort is for the cure...and of course it works! Skies alternated between total spring sunshine and cloud cover...Said hey to a few neighbors out for a walk and spotted two rabbits on Mutual Ct...Big Yard sale down at the end of the street...Today's run effort was split between some earnest running and a brisk hike pace...450c...felt good...
