Easy Does It Recovery Run...Sunny and unseasonably cold at Jug Bay today...38 degrees with a breeze...Ran the bus depot trail out and back...Trail was mostly dry save for a 200-300 yard stretch of deep mud and muck...mixed bag of hiking with easy running and some more intense periods of running...legs felt a bit sore - to be expected after yesterday's half marathon race...Random Notes: Farmer brought his tractor and a big ol' plow to get started on his field work for the spring...he just started to work when I was starting my run and he was still going at it an hour later at the finish...Recovery: Molson Ice Tall Boy...653c...felt good...
