Really good run with Katie, Michelle, and Jamo! I stayed at their place last night after Jim's wedding and I got them to do 7 miles with me today. They enjoyed it for the most part I think, except Jamo's stomach. Royal Oaks is a cool city and the route we ran was decent. I actually didn't feel too bad which is kinda surprising, but I am going to be tired for the rest of the day for sure.
