Going to start logging my sleep again in hopes that it makes me want to get the proper amount more in the coming days. Honestly, I just need to do the "no starting anything new after 9" rule again. That rule is dope. Then I could make my lunch, prep for the next workday, and get in bed by like 9:30-45, read for a bit and go to sleep. I knew this was a bit of an issue with starting my new job last week, but also I am very tired from the weekend, and my weekends are not really going to get that much less crazy once the season hits lol
