Notes

It was pretty warm and I was getting hot and sweaty before my warmup was even finished. But I knew it was necessary to complete the warmup to get the legs ready to rock for such a short race. Finished off with about 300m moderate pace, then 3 strides and some looseners. There was about another 15 minutes to kill before the start, so I did another last minute stride before the start.
