pretty good cruise intervals in the heat. head wind after the turnaround was not really awful until the cool down, but was definitely noticeable. By the end, I did feel like I was working harder than I'd like to be at this pace.
goal set: 4x8 mins @ 6:45, 6:40, 6:35, 6:30 with 2 mins rest.
