10k tempo - 35:21 (trainers) (5k splits 17:48/17:33)
down to 80 minutes
This was a little rushed after work as I was going to Brian' afterwards. Tempo felt hard but sustainable and could have continued for longer if needed. Right calf was a little tight sore the whole time but didn't get worse. A little over 2 minutes slower than I did this same workout last year... gotta start somewhere I guess
