4x 10 lat-pull downs
4x 10 seated db curls 25lbs
4x 15 seated rows
4x pull-ups - 6, 5, 4, 4
Did not have the fire/drive/what ever it is that makes to want to do something so every set I left 2ish reps on the table... Even pull-ups if I strained near my limit hurt my hip. I guess you need the lows to appreciate the highs and this has to be the bottom idk how I could go lower.
