5x pull-ups - 15, 12, 12, 12, 12
4x 10 curls with a single 40lb dumbbell but using 2 arms (kinda awkward but it what I had)
3x 15 both calf raises (40 lbs)
3x 12 single leg deadlifts (just body weight)
3x 12 single leg squats (just body weight)
These felt weird without weight more like a stretch than a lift but making progress as this was not possible 2 days ago!
