Maybe too aggressive to do 2000yrds free with my hip but it felt decent. Effort was not quite best average and kick was conservative. Arm fatigue hit about half way through when all of a sudden I was swimming 1:27s. Guess the 22,000 yard week caught up to me along with the 2 lifts in the last 2 days. Off tomorrow as I am going to my parents for mothers day / Pop's birthday. Also, I might have done the last 100 free just so this was my longest swim.
