No pain except on 1 flip turn I was a little aggressive to get off the wall before the person next to me started their turn. The pain wasn't in pushing off the wall but in the part of the turn where you pull your knees to your chest as this uses your hip flexor.
On another note. Rolling over 25k yards in the last 7 days. If last year you told me I was gonna be swimming 5-6 days a week I would have said you were nuts.
