Restless sleep with a lot of weird dreams. Woke up at 4:20 and started to get out of bed before realizing I get up at 5:20 not 4:20. When I got up for real, I had a sore throat and cracker of a headache but all symptoms are above my neck so went to the pool. Somehow after a mid warm up the second half of the hundreds set I was swimming fast (for me at least). Guessing it's due to being more recovered from the easier training this week. Symptoms getting worse as the day goes on, may take some super light/off days to recover.
