4x db bench 55lbs - 12, 10, 8, 8
4x chest cable flies ~ 10-12 reps each
4x db overhead press 25lbs ~ 7-8 reps each
3x 12 single leg deadlifts - 20kgs
3x 12 single leg squats - 40lbs
3x 55 crunches (for Johnny as always)
