3x 15 calf raises (40lbs)

Post PT... They let me try running. I instantly had pain and made it a minute before we shut it down. Then I was limping around all night :( Pain seems to be upper quad and outer hip which is slightly different but is reproduced by the same internal rotation (or neutral rotation at this point). Slept terrible as every movement caused a sharp pain that would wake me up
