Welp... Went to PT yesterday and they let me try running. I instantly had pain and made it a minute before we shut it down. Then I was limping around all last night :( Pain seems to be upper quad and outer hip which is slightly different but is reproduced by the same internal rotation (or neutral rotation at this point).
Felt decent today. Was more honest about the rest and not 'accidentally' taking 3-4 extra seconds like I sometimes do. Hip seemed fine for the most part when kicking.
