Lexington track (vaporflies) + 100mg caffeine at 4:00PM
4x 200 at 5k - 37, 37, 35, 34
5x LT 1600m - 5:26, 5:20, 5:23, 5:21, 5:19, 5:18
2x 200 at R - 31.5, 30.1
Solid workout with Matt. Was not sure how this would go and this effort could have easily been ~5:35 pace. Felt smooth on the miles but the 200s at the end were essentially all out. Cold symptoms almost gone, just lingering congestion and a slight headache but don't think that effected the workout at all.
Post: calves a little sore but not as bad as I expected.
