Hip was feeling better than yesterday so I decided to try some freestyle 1s. First few felt my hip a little but then they gelt better. Felt like I didn't know what to do with my legs though and I was kicking randomly. Got back from the pool and was walking in from the car and felt a sharp pain in my hip :/ tbd how this plays out the rest of the day.
