Easy Naper loop double. Felt pretty bad. Breathing harder than I should have been. Feeling over-trained, basically the same as I did the week of Christmas. Will keep tomorrow easy and be flexible about bagging the workout on monday if I still don't feel good. Gotta be cautious when I'm running this much mileage. Need to make sleep a major priority going forward as well, ideally 9 hours, but 8 minimum.
