3x1600 @ lt, rp, fast. Split: 6:16.1, 5:59.4, 5:23.0. Ran with the fast girls for the first two, felt pretty chill albeit a little bit of a shock to the system. Third one I opened up a bit, felt pretty hard, but not quite all out or anything. Good to get the legs moving for the first time in forever. Foot felt fine. First sub 7 miles in over a month, and that 5:23 might have been the fastest mile I've run since track.
