10 Huffman hills in 2 sets of 5 with 4 minute rest between sets. Split: 47, 51, 50, 51, 52, 51, 51, 49, 49, 51 for an average of 50.28. Pretty tough workout, but nothing too terrible. Last one was solo, which was rough Need to work on a more sustained effort up the hill rather than a big push when it flattens out more. Much faster than the last time I ran these hills. Ankle was a little tender on the downhills, but not bad.
